Other softwares such as 3DSlicer or VolView cannot open the generated DICOM files either.
I guess the problem is rather coming from img2dcm than from the segmentation softs. Probably a flaw in the headers ?

Cheers Michaelnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458817758216594734.post-38340355216387605122012-12-20T23:10:20.016+01:002012-12-20T23:10:20.016+01:00Thank you for the words Michael!

The developers will solve soon.

Unfortunately I dont know other option with a good reconstruction for CT-Scan. Maybe you can use Imagej.

I wait your answer.

A big hug!cogitas3dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16930626141843410170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458817758216594734.post-48186524555273638142012-12-20T19:55:45.869+01:002012-12-20T19:55:45.869+01:00Thank you for the great contribution.
I was able ...Thank you for the great contribution.
I was able to do the exact same thing until the InVesalius part. DICOM Images generated by img2dcm makes InVesalius hanging forever at opening whereas it can smoothly open freely available DICOM datasets. Do you have any hint why ? That would be helpful

ThanksMichaelnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458817758216594734.post-28003085295407055542012-09-03T15:55:52.607+02:002012-09-03T15:55:52.607+02:00excellent work ..
